    Allied ( bradd pitt film )

    went to see Allied last night , big mistake with the stens, they make a point on the travel safety (as they called it ), set in 1941, cross safety wasnt even designed until 1944........oh dear hollywood

    Typical of some of these...after BOB there seemed to be such an effort to make things realistic from equipment viewpoint, certainly better than some of the earlier epics such as "Patton" and the use of blatantly wrong equipment. Now we have to pick a bit harder.

    Ok so they got the equipment wrong; but how was the story? Is it worth a ticket?
