Does anyone know if this is corrosive?

I have 4 boxes of this 8mm ammo

Does anyone know if it is corrosive? The writing is not using the latin or arabic alphabet, so I am guessing it is Russianicon (that and sthe start) and therfore suspect. I pulled a bullet and it was 198 grains over 41 grains of a large flake powder. The cases are brass and look to be Berdan primed, but with a center hole so they may be reloadable.

    Thanks
