Has anyone here rebarrelled a #4 to 7.62 Nato?
I am curious to know if anyone here has rebarrelled a #4 Lee-Enfield to 7.62 Nato. I was wondering what were the accuracy results and the case life.
I have a single shot adapter. It would be nice to shoot a #4 knowing I have a plentiful supply of tough inexpensive brass.

I used to own one, accuracy was good, case life, good, the chamber was a bit sloppy, but I could still neck size only, I got at least 5 reloads out of the brass I was using before I sold it, and I'm still using the brass in another rifle. You should have no problems at all. My only complaint was the reliability of feeding, I couldn't get it to function flawlessly, the second last round would sometimes stove pipe, or get stuck in the extractor slot.
