Wolff Magazine Springs
I would appreciate any comments on these as replacement springs for USGI 15 rounders.
Any other commercial sources? NOS GI springs?
Thanks!

Wolff Replacement Springs
The only Wolff springs I've ever heard criticized are their M1 Garand Op Rod springs (too powerful, stick with Orion7) and their M1 Carbine Hammer springs (also too powerful, makes reassembly difficult). I've used their M1 Carbine Magazine springs (as well as their Magazine springs for many other rifles/pistols) without a single problem. Just make sure you install them in the correct direction.

Have had problems with recoil and hammer springs. Could not cock hammer due to oal of spring.

Wolff 15 rd mag springs are fine. I have used at least a dozen and they work great. Their small springs (ejector, extractor, sear, mag catch, etc.) are fine too, at least in my experience.
BUT as others have said the Wolff hammer spring for M1 Carbine is ridiculously overpowered and useless. Their extra-power recoil spring works but is unnecessary.

Mag and recoil springs are widely used in 1911 world and acknowledged to be some of the best there is. If I thought a carbine recoil was too strong, I'd clip off a couple coils. Make sure its not shorter than the original.

Thank you all for the replies! And a special tip of the old lynch lid to Duke, for the visual aid!
