P38 odd marks and other strange marks.

Who else has some P38s with some strange markings?

Found a set of durofol grips on a byf 44 z suffix.

A P38v over U, late white mag, on another byf 44 with deep grooving along the right slide, never should have been accepted.

Finally got an ac40 date added.

Sorry fellas, I was a question... I am a collector that is new here and was trying to start a new topic.

I like the odd and interesting stuff and have been lucky to acquire some rare pieces that belonged to other pistols.

Today, I ordered a new Macro lens for my Canon 30D camera.

So, back to my question.... Anybody have a P38 with strange, rare or odd marks?
