Nice example! I just watched a couple of vids on youtube of some m31's being fired.
Hardly any muzzle rise at all! How much does it weigh dry?

I think they weigh about 11 pounds empty.

A shooting bud of mine has one. Nice gun. A bit heavy for an old guy though. I thought about getting one but the CMP had some carbines that looked nice......chris3

I know that I am resurrecting an old thread but, I too now own one of these monsters. It is heavy but, once you learn how to hold it, it is not so bad.
We ordered 2 of these and when we went to pick them up my friend grabbed the first one (already unboxed by the FFL dealer) which left me the one that was still in the box. His stock had severel "plugs" repairing bad spots. I lucked out and got one with a nice stock with no repairs. Good things come to those who wait. They shoot great and are very accurate. Plus I have had zero malfunctions with mine. I have shot several brands of ammo in it without a hiccup.
Be well my friends.
