    Aftermarket K-31 sights

Here are a few of the aftermarket rear sights available for the K-31.

The Furter replaces the entire leaf and is adjustable for windage and elevation.

    The Sahli is elevation only.

The Grunel is both front and rear sight assemblies, windage and elevation.

The Furter is a good sight. I prefer the Hämmerli with the higher frontsight blade. Not the cheapest with $131 but very good.

The Furter replaces the original leaf and slide assembly. On the right side you have two knobs for elevation and windage. The knob detents are in the 1-2moa area I think. Very basic operation. If you are going to shot at or under 100yds you may need a taller front sight

Translation for : Sight correction by Furter

Elevation and windage adjustment in one element. Mounting is allowed only by an gunsmith. Allowed for service use on distances from 100m up to 500m. At a distance of 300m every single click changes the POI of 20 millimeters in height or side. The smaller knob is for elevation the bigger one is for windage.

    Hope it helps

    Regards

The Furter was accepted but not as a basis, only as an aftermarket and you have to pay it by yourself.

    OK
    just got my furter sight,
    another billy lid question.
once it is on the rifle and have it zeroed correctly, is there any method or adjustment to the sight so it can be re set to its corresponding markings?
Is the elevation adjustments calibrated for the elevation changes of the standard GP11 round?
If I have it zeroed at 100 and the elevation reads 400 for instance sake can I get it back to 100 on the knob without changeing the elevation? i.e. like loosening the knobs and resetting?
Same for the windage, I know that it will chnage with different conditions but If I have it zeroed can I make the indications on the knob read zero?

Please be patient with me, I have had a lot of experience with Parker hale sights, central, mues etc etc on other rifles but not one like this furter,
    cheers and thanks
