Most of the Gew 71/84 Mausers we see today came out of Spain 1963-65. I guess that rifle you have did not come out of Spain. South Americaicon import? The markings are not Germanicon (I think), but I must confess it is new to me. Navy Arms dumped a small pile on the market 10 years back, all out of South America. I'm just guessing you have a Latin import.

    Buttplate tang marking:

    7.R.E.2.32.

= 7th Reserve Infantry Regiment, Ersatz Bataillon, 2nd Company, rifle No. 32.

The other, irregular markings, (ISZ, IDK NRE ETM O .U) are definitely not official Germanicon markings. Unless you know a specific name or unit that fits, I would also not assume that they are Spanish, as the letter K is not used in Spanish, except for loan-words such as karaoke, karate...etc.
