    Brian--

I believe you were the UKicon source that sold me the bolt heads back then.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). For what it is worth, I remember being in the back area at Springfield Sporters and looking at an eight foot row of magazine bodies setting upside down. They were in the process of matching magazines with the .22 receivers.

    Any up date on parts?

Very interesting information on the No7. I wonder if anyone knows if there is a current source for the ejector and the extractors for this trainer ? I am missing these parts to make mine complete .

Out of the past and missed you all. Yes we made some and i sent them insured to Brian. He then sent them to the buyers in Englandicon and sad to say they were lost in transit.
I gave up the finished bolt in my completed rifle to fill that order as i knew Andy would complete another one for me. Sadly he got very sick and died of cancer before that happened. Also sad is my no7 sits still incomplete but beautiful to behold. I still feel the pain of all that work ( a labor of love) gone to waist. All those hours and having it all go so awfully wrong.
Tis the ups and downs of life.

I have all of the parts. The firing pin assembly and extractor need to be fit finished and installed into my bolt. I have the ejector plate just need to trim the screws to proper length and install it.
What I don’t have is the expertise to accomplish the first two parts.
