    Military vehicle test set adapter

Attachment 37508I stumbled across this while cleaning out the garage this week end. It appears to be an electrical system test adapter for military vehicles. I have not a clue as to how it came to be in my garage but I hope it might be of use to a military vehicle collector. Any thoughts?
