If you access to barrel blocks, a 40 ton press or bench blocks with 5.8 A rated tightening bolts, detailed steel blocks and a 36" receiver wrench, your in. Wrap your barrel with rosin paper and your place you grand barrel in detailed steel blocks, either crank or press your blocks dead tight 200 ft lbs+, "MAKE SURE YOUR BARREL IS DEAD LEVEL at the front sight base. Tape rosin paper tight to your receiver then hand start the threading until its sung then use the barrel wrench to bring it to level, If its running tight crank it to dead tight then back off and repeat, each time you will advance around 6 to 10 degrees. When both the barrel and receiver are dead level, its on! Check headspace and if its too tight, you will need a pull through chamber cutter, well soaked in oil to set the final headspace. Place the bolt into the receiver, op rod on bolt and cylinder on the end of op-rod. Screw the cylinder down, hold the barrel and receiver level and lift the front of the unit to around 45 to 60 degrees and the op-rod should slide to the rear and vice versa, if it does it w/o ihtting the barrel even better, you'll have a great shooter, any questions send me a PM, good shooting-SDH
