    Question Help, disappearing pictures

When I click on thumbnails the pictures disappear and a small white rectangle shows up
What is going on? I have an older Mac if that is of any significance. Thanks!

    Hello big bear ...

I don't think it has anything to do with being on an older Mac. I also use an Apple Mac exclusively running OSX Mavericks 10.9.4 with FireFox browser 31.0.

You seem to be using a Mac running OSX 10.5.8 with Safari 5.0.6 browser. The current Apple Safari browser version is 7.0.5, so if you can, you may want to upgrade to it.

To see full size versions of pics when you click on the thumbnail, you need to also have Java installed on your computer.

How do I install Java for my Mac?

Java Help Center - Installing Java

Another thing you could is download and install FireFox for Mac to see if that fixes the problem.

Let me know how any of this works...

    Regards,
    Doug
