This past week I made my usual visit to the local gunshop, just looking
There was a Beretta Cougar (used) that looked pretty decent. Further down was something that caught my eye, FNP-45, a massive looking shooting iron. When I picked it up I noticed the polymer frame and stainless steel blackened slide. What really was a difference was three large capacity mags (14 rds) and a decent set of three point sights. It is a DA/SA and the DA trigger pull isn't bad at all. Comes in a nice carrying case with the usual trigger lock The shock was the price, $640 +$40 tax to the state of Ohio. I liked to died @ the price as I have never paid that much for any weapon, save for an M1a years ago. I said thanks but no thanks and went home. Stopped in again today, there she was just looking @ me and wanting to go home. Going to take her out tomorrow to my pistol range and see what a 230L loaded to +P velocities will do.
