Morning gents,

Was at a little gun-show yesterday, and met a bloke for a small town just up the road.
Seems he makes hand swaged bullets, with jackets of varying thickness, up to .035" (35 thou)
Had some impressive targets he'd shot with .308. maybe an inch or so at 200M, and if I remember right, about 4" at 500 Metres.

Had some 180grain .303, and can make 176 gr, and 215 gr.
The 180's he had looked like a Sierra flat base in style, fully jacketed with a hollow in the point. solid base to the jacket as are all his bullets.

Not cheap, as $60.00 Canadianicon for 100 though.
They do look very high -end. Seems he has been making them since the 1990's.
No web -site but am going to email him, and when I get pictures I can post them.

The 215 gr are full bore size up to the round nose. (exposed lead ) the others are bore riding.
Some of his other designs have steel or aluminium noses.
The 215 gr. also sound quite competitive, as few others make them. I have a No 1 Mk 111 that likes these for hunting.

One odd thing, he doesn't give a BC for his bullets. Said it varies from rifle to rifle and I don't understand that!

More as and when,
Richard.
