How do we remove an 1885 Rem-Lee bolt

Have an 1885 Remington-Lee Navy rifle and want to learn the proper way to remove the bolt.

Jim, thanks for the info, it was a great help. Don't know why I didn't think of them sooner. The rifle cleaned up very well and will occasionally make a trip to the range.
