Maybe converting a Mk2 deact into an L4A3 or 5 is the only way to go if you need to fill a hole in your line-up, given the scarcity of the real McCoys. Mind you, even that route will have disappeared soon unless you act now and get an old spec while they're available.............

Someone has just been on and asked me why I keep banging on - if you'll pardon the pun - about the fact that these old working mechanism specs will soon disappear - and do have I a vested interest in getting the news out. Nope, none at all........... But remember the original spec when the dewat/deact specs were fairly(?) loose(?) and liberal(?) and the UK collecting bods thought that things wouldn't change. And they did, not for the worse, but for the MUCH worse....... Get one now, even if it's just as an investment
