Guys, if you read this it should make you boiling mad! It's written by Capt Roger Hill and his "ghost writer" Lynn Vincent. Capt. Hill was convinced to plead out and avoid a courts martial for choosing the safety of his men over Army procedure/law. He had a commander (Lt Col) who did everything he could to put Dog in harms way while denying them proper support. Hill's crime was slapping some spies and shooting his .45 into a berm near them to evoke a confession before they were bound by law to release them (96 hr rule). These spies were already responsible for the deaths of two of their crew. Truly amazing that Dog had to fight the enemy "hamstrung" while simultaneously fighting upper command!
