    It's not a sniper rifle.

    I dfon't know if it is a target rifle; I haven't seen it yet. I only have some pictures.

    A bolt marking is on the attached picture: it looks like a B or a LB.

    What is the Canadianicon post 1947 Technical Services Proof mark?
