SRS search request

Wondering if someone could perform an SRS search for a Springfield Armory model 1896 .30-.40 Krag that has been sitting in my closet forever. Serial number is 47643 and the rifle is in good condition. Thanks!

Nothing close, I'm afraid. Number 39792 and 50692 were donated to the US Navy during WWII. It's less than likely that yours had the same fate.
We'd love to see some pics, though!
