I want to buy a NAGANT 1895 REVOLVER and need some advice; the pistols I'm looking at all are in about the same condition the only real difference from what I can tell is the date stamped on them. They are 1913, 1916, 1919, and 1920

Is one year better than the other?

Thanks in advance...
