    SWP 45 rifle

I was just searching the web for info on these rifles and came across some post here from 2010. At that time, one poster said the highest serial found so far was 87685a.

Mine is 88882a. It has gone through a refurb somewhere, but there isn't much to indicate where or when. It has a correct mismatched bolt and a jumble of small parts, all nicely blued, but no numbers. The rifle has a cleaning rod and bayonet lug, milled trigger guard and floorplate. The (probably?) walnut stock is in good shape and has MK-2 stamped on the rh side down near the cupped buttplate.

I thought maybe someone is keeping track of these serials, so I posted this info.

If there ain't a gun range in heaven, then I'm going to hell.
