Mystery Pouch?

I have this mystery pouch that came from a UK icon

dealer. It looks, to me, that it may be Yugoslav but there are no divisions for holding mags and no sign of them ever being present and so I don't believe that it's a normal AK mag pouch. Any ideas as to it's purpose, please?

Not all pouches or bags assorted are for carrying mags. It might be a purse for carrying rations though. Is the lining plastic or leather?
It might not be military at all too.

Yep, Yugoslavian.

Sorry I'd forgotten about this one and I did eventually find an answer. Apparently it's for the Yugo icon

M72 RPK, for carrying ammunition in boxes, not mags.

It supposedly holds 540 rnds in 36 boxes of 15 rnds. I haven't actually checked that these numbers are correct.
