    No15 transit chests

    Hi all,
I am planning to get a repro No15 chest, Ive always liked the look of them with lots of makings. I would like to create some reasonable looking but obviously fake makingsz. What sort of thing would be “normal”?

So far the thinks I had thought of adding are

    Side A
C.B.T.C ACHNACARRY (this I understand is where a relative revived some sniper instruction)
    O.S.M. BISLEY
    CHEST. S.A. No.15 Mk1
16L0251 (rifle number, I’ve seen it on some chests)

    Side B
    CHEST. S.A. No.15 Mk1
    Rifle No.4 Mk1(t)
    No.32 MkII OS
    SIG. TELE. VI
    Quantity 3 of 5
    Quantity 1 of 1

Some chests I’ve seen seem to have designations of kit within, was this typical or maybe only where they where non current CES e.g. the signals telescope or an older mark of No32?

Has any one seen reference to the specific soldier the rifle has been issued too?

I have seen on scopeless t chest the reference to the rifle eg
No.4 mk1* was this only on scopeless chests?
