no idea where he mustered out, did he bring it back to the states and then hand it over the last time to a base in the states? IF it was handed in over seas, it stayed over seas.
Sent message, plus I saw another real close today. Guy on CMP forums just got a rack special fairly close to your Dad's. So the batch that cmp has right now had quite a few close ones. I'd suggest checking with them again.
