    Lee Enfield 1907 ConD II*

I have a 1907 dated ConD II* with the early sights and chambered for the 303 cartridge.
The serial number is 6446 with an x under this number, barrel is matching and also dated '07
    with exc bore.Attachment 112221Attachment 112222Attachment 112223Attachment 112224Attachment 112225Attachment 112226Attachment 112227Attachment 112228

Butt stock is a modified Long Lee and hand guards are Mark 1***

Many years ago the late Skip Stratton told me this might have been a left over Mark 1 action body and assembled in 1907
