    That is not the Kragicon 'Oil" Bottle.

    The top of the Krag 'oiler' body has a more prominent flange, that projects inward, to narrow the actual 'threaded' opening to about 1/4 of an inch diameter.

    The Krag accessory oil container is about 3 1/4 inches long, including the cap, and the body diameter is .460".

    Originally the 'oiler' was intended to fit into one of the .30-40 cartridge loops, on the Krag Mills Belt. It contained 'Cosmic Oil' (cosmolene).

    Later, the Krag (stock) 'butt-trap' chamber was enlarged to carry the oil bottle, below the three cleaning-rod sections.Attachment 112796
