What a mess...

Kwajalein, cool! My wife’s grandfather was in charge of the radar installation there in the 70’s. He and his family (including my mother-in-law) lived on neighboring Roi-Namur and he took a plane to work every day. You still occasionally hear about it in the news when they are doing ballistic missile tests.

I have read a couple of reports on the fighting there, sounds like it was pretty bad…
