Need help removing a 03A3 bolt.

Not having a good day. Just incorrectly posted on the Q&A Milsurp forum. Today I cleaned my 03A3 and had my head you know where when I reassembled it. I installed the bolt with the extractor in the 12 o’clock position instead of the 3 o’clock position. The bolt didn’t go all the way in but I cannot get it back out. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Is the extractor collar hanging up on the ejector? Might try slipping in a thin feeler gauge in to help slip it past.

I'm having difficulty picturing where the bolt is hanging up. Can you post a picture or describe in detail where the bolt is hanging up when you try to extract it?
