    Type 14 nambu wont chamber

    I picked up a type 14 that came with 100 rounds of castos curios ammo, it wouldnt even remotely chamber. So i figured it was the ammo. So i picked up a box of steinel ammo and same issue.. need input.

    Your question is lacking a lot of details. We need to make as few assumptions as possible. What EXACT ammo (including caliber) are you attempting?

    Have you inspected the chamber/bore?

    Is there any known history? Any reason to think it's been de-mil'd or otherwise not in working order?

    Can you give more details (picture is a bonus) of what "wouldn't even remotely chamber" looks like? Are we talking about feeding out of the magazine, or just trying to finger a round directly into the chamber?
