    M1A1 sling

I just purchased an Inland Type I M1A1icon carbine, and am looking for a sling for it.

I notice on the cover of Craig Riesch's book on MI Carbines, he shows a different sling on the M1A1 than he shows on the M1.

Was there a different sling for the M1A1?

If there are different slings, I've yet to find one, so would appreciate suggestions on where to find one.
