    Enfield info?

I have come across a Enfield Rifleicon from a friend of a friend, #37L4255,on the side of the receiver has a #4 MKI* (FTR) with Long Branch and 1943 below it. It is only the barrel and receiver, bolt and trigger assy. and a magazine. No wood or sights or screws with it. Would this be of any interest to anybody? Bore looks to be in excellent shape. Bolt # matches receiver. Terry

I sounds as though it could be a fun restoration project if the price is right.
