Beautiful Bringback, question is, how rare?

Hi guys, my first post, please forgive any mistakes. I have been collecting Carbines for many years, time I joined in! Lucked up on one I think may be pretty rare, the seller garranteed it was a bringback by his uncle that had never been touched. I've never seen anything like it. Did my research in War Baby, pages 383-384, it's all there. Actually thought it was a parts gun until I got it home and disassembled it. This gun is in beautiful original condition.
Here's what I found ........ Quality Hardware, I cut, high wood, S# 16007xx. Inland barrel dated 6-43, flip sight sq. S on left Q (only) on right side, hand guard and sling slot marked RMC, (here's the one that threw me for a loop) the crossed cannon, it is the same as an Inland except much larger than an Inland, a full 3/16 larger (the outer ring) I have had many Inlands so as soon as I saw it I knew it was larger. Front sight JQ, sling swivel QU, trigger housing QN-L, I don't know how much I can write here so let me just say every part inside is clearly coded for Quality Hardware. Congratulations on your early QHMC find. Per Carbine Club NL #334 Quality H.M.C. Update by Ron Wellman, your QHMC appears correct. Your Inland Barrel date of 6-43 falls in the reported range of 1600xxx to 1610xxx. The QU swivel was reported to 16024xx. The highest reported square S sight with Q on right side is 1599617. The Rock-Ola supplied stock with the early large CC close to I-cut is reported to 1625251. Sounds like you have a very desirable early QHMC. I have 1558xxx. It has a type 1 Q LT hammer and the type 2 Q DA slide. Some of the early QHMC flip sights were staked with a round punch. Here's a photo. Join the CC and fill out a data sheet. Best regards.

Some years ago I gave my son a Quality HMC in the 1.603xxx serial range. I keep a small data sheet which had the following: barrel was Underwood 7-43, stock was Hi-wood I cut with a small crossed cannon on the right side near the grip. In the sling well it was marked RMC with a large P. My question: the flip sight had only the rounded S nothing else was marked - would this rear sight have been correct for the time period ?

RCS, the rounded S flip sight, with no markings on the right side, was reported from 1582xxx to 1645375, and also on 1896528. hth.
