erma werke m-1 22 question?

i know these have been discussed here before. and i saw one for sale today at local pawn shop. this one is in great condition but is missing the rear site, someone replaced it with a scope. it has a 5 round clip and is a model E M1 icon

ERMA WERKE. what are these worth? how hard is it to find parts (rear sites,clips) for these? did they make any clips other than 5 round? tia, steve.
