    Marking on Long Branch I have not seen before

    Someone emailed me some photos of his 1942 Long Branch, and I noticed a marking that I had not seen before. It is on the left of the photo below (looks like an F, then a T over a weird M, then R) - is this an FTR marking and, if so, where is it from?

    There appears to be another electro-penciled heart-shaped mark to left of the "F". Is there?

    If I am not mistaken, that is the FTR mark used by Maltby.

    Here is a photo from a slightly different angle and closer up:



    I didn't know Maltby had an FTR program...I had come across the BSA FTR program before, though. This is looking to be an interesting 1942 Long Branch.
