I just picked up a nice 1903A3; it's a reparked Remington, 4 groove barrel, shows no barrel wear. Ought to be a good shooter. It is mounted in what appears to be a commercial replacement "C" stock. The seller said he thought it was from CMP, but the only marking I can find on the stock is a capital letter "K" (1/4 " tall with serifs) located in the magazine cutoff slot, not the "CMP" logo I have seen. Anybody know the source of this stock? It appears to be of good quality with nice fiddleback grain. Not a collector piece, but it looks good on the wall above my 1903A4! Thanks in advance.
