What is this FN carbine Columbian 30-06??
For some reason I can't ID this rifle. It should be easy no? It's got the crest, "colombia fuerzas militaries", and marked FN Herstal, and has a 17.5" barrel.
It's missing a band and the top wood and I am wondering if there is any hope in finding these parts? Numrich does not seem to have them (searched all Columbian models).

It's a post WW2 FN made Carbine that is in 30/06. Very similar to a Venezuelan FN Carbine.

FN Mauser M1950 Carbine Handguard, Wood, 8.5 *Good*
Keep in mind first 2 links the handguards are unstained and don't have the spring clip.
Nice rifle though. Looks to be in really good shape.

Sorry forgot about the barrel band. I believe this one should work with your rifle.

In looking at your pics again I think your front band is incorrect as well. If you need a replacement this one should be correct.
