You sure they're USMC? Look like soldiers to me but I could be wrong.

At Normandy, the US soldiers ran into groups of former Russianicon POWs who were offered freedom if they fought for the Germans. The alternative was death by starvation in a camp. These reluctant fighters gave up at the drop of a hat and I don't blame them. Considering the smile and general lack of fear in these guys faces, these might be some of those men. Notice as well; everybody has already stripped off their web gear, belts and not a weapon in sight. Considering that a lot of prisoners were shot dead out of hand simply by being captured by someone who was ****ed off or hated SS, these guys are pretty lucky.

    Frank,

Yes, I can do that. The reason for adding an emoticons is to show it in a light or laughing manner. No implication it was not appropriate material. Just making fun of a Garandicon picture on the Carbine forum. I'm sorry if you took it the wrong way.

    Jim
