    Nice No1Mk111 from No4Mk(T)

I picked up a nice Canadianicon marked No1Mk111 today from our friendly moderator
    No4MK1(T).
I just happened to have a nice Canadian marked sling for it just waiting for a good example to put it on.

I believe Steve has a bunch of good pix, they are better quality than I can get from our small camera, John

Yes, I too am guilty of having a nice bit of ancillary equipment and then having to go shopping for the rifle to suit it

At least when we conduct transactions with fellow collectors the thought of ripoffs doesn't enter the equation.

A small sight adjustment and the old girl is shooting good, the 174 Sierra and 150 Hornady group nicely.
On the way home I got the chance to de-guttify a pesky varmint rabbit with a 174 grain hollow point. It nicely makes two wabbits outta one!!!

It also doesn’t hurt that he lives within a 20 minute drive of my house and was able to see the rifle previous to his buying it at a gun show I attended.

This rifle was made the same year my Grandfather went to Franceicon, my aunt has pix of him in uniform posing with his Ross rifle. I am trying to get copies of the pix. It's a slow process as she is in her 70's....
