I've had tens of thousands of rounds of South African manufacture PMP but all was dated 1980. I've never seen any 1967 stuff. I know for a fact that tons, (literally), of weapons from Zimbabwe are being imported to the UK for resale and remanufacture into legal deacts so it may be a bigger worry there.
