Stir the pot with a P13 Enfield

I have a P14 Enfield Rifle reworked by Parker Hale into a match rifle. At least this is what I believe. I'm not sure who or what did anything. Anybody know this piece? Here are pictures. Rifle made by Winchester. Barrel is BSA target barrel made for Parker Hale.... Regards, Gary Moore

Theres a couple like this around NZ but no idea of their ID of maker.converter, could be private, but anything with an AGP or ball burnished marked barrel is probably parker hale target rifle. They made lots and lots of lee Enfield Rifles but p14 = unknown, they're not in my PH catalog at all.
