    type 30 carbine shootabilty

    i have a type 30 carbine with rounded lands and dark groves. is this gun worth the brass, bullets, and dies to shoot occasionally. or should it be retired to the wall

    It was made w/ rounded lands, so no dramas there. Give it a good bore cleaning and have a go. They just shoot high "in close" as the lowest sight setting was about 300m. (Aim at the belt buckle kind of thing.)
