[Snafu]

A combat infantry officer briefs his staff for the attack across the Vire River, in Normandy, France, on or about July 6th, 1944. Photo identified as Company 'K' 120th Regiment, 30th Inf. Division. The following day the rifle Company attacked across the VIre River to liberate the town of St. Jean-De-Daye from German forces.
