need help with the purchase on 1903

im looking to buy a springfield 1903a3 for my display cabinet. im not interested in a high dollar original, just a decent rifle of WW2 period. what should i spend ?

what you want to spend is up to you. However, with patience you can get a run of the mill rebuild for under $500. See link. good luck

If you can go to 2-3 really big gunshows in your area. You should find a keeper under $500.00. Also remember to dicker with the price. Cash is King! Do not buy a Drill Rifle.
