Need help with new enfield purchase

Just picked up a Lee Enfield in .22 cal. I have not de-greased it yet as it's covered in the stuff. On the barrel it is marked BSA. On the wrist the marking's are as followed.....
    GR
    LSA C⁰ 1
    1916
    SH .22
    Mx IV*

The x has an line under it but can't get the darn computer to do it. It is also c broad arrow marked on the receiver....bolt and receiver match. The for end barrel shroud as I'll call it, is mis-matched (not sure of the correct name). The wood is very, very nice, basically as good as it gets!! Finish on metal is 98%, although the magazine has lots of the finish worn off.....also no follower and magazine spring. These guns most be a pain to insert ammo into the chamber unlike the No7 longbranch that has a special follower to slide it in. It has the Canadian Cooey sight.
I have been looking for info on the net for these, there is limited info that I have been able to find....any sights dedicated to these? Is this rare and collectible?....I heard that there a quite a few of the 1915 ones around. No pictures yet but any idea what the value would be?, I paid $600 can for it. Also were magazines for these available similar to the No7 longbranch??
Also from the same fellow I bought a Irish contract as new but out of the wrap No4 MKII, he shot it a couple of times. He still had all the wrapping which I was glad to acquire. Came with the bayonet and scabbard...which is all matching as well. It is 100% with a little scratch on reciever missing the finish...paid $800 for it.
Lastly does anyone know where I can order Skennertonicon's "The Lee Enfield Story" in Canadaicon????
Thanks for your time and input......regards.

The No 2 Mk IV just used the bare magazine case, and yes, they are a pain to feed - especially on cold mornings. About the only alternative feed set-up for these is the Parker Hiscox magazine, a relatively rare and collectible 5 round set-up; there was no loading platform similar to the CNo7. It should be easy enough to modify a spare .303 follower and spring to make a loading platform.
