M1 Carbine "Caught in the wild" Pictures.

Posting the picture of the bears in Alaska and the carbine reminded me of this. We did this thread three or four years ago, but I thought it time again. Post your favorite "M1icon Carbine in the wild" pictures.

These first ones are my favorite, since my dad carried a carbine on Iwo Jima

    MORE:

Churchill and Ike. Churchill, by the way was a highly decorated combat vet, starting in 1893 in Africa, Sudan, South Africa, and the Western Front in WWI. He should have earned the Victoria Cross (equivalent to the Medal of Honor) for his actions in S> Africa, but was blocked by political enemies..

Vietnam Carbine pics: The first one is Gulf War I's "Stormin Norman" Schwarzkopf as a young officer in Vietnam in 1966. He earned three Silver Stars, a Bronze Star, and a Purple Heart in his 4 years there.
