    some unusual and seldom found sporting cartridges

    I found these in my collection and thought it might be interesting to post a photo. As these were used in single, double and combination rifles (except for one Mauser) it might be interesting to see how many could be identified.

    If you can throw some calipers on them also pics of the base of them so we can see any markings we could go from there, so I will have a stab based on whats in the pic;

    Extreme Rt may be a 11.2mm x 72mm Schuler identified by its rebated rim.

    1 & 4 could be the 8mm x 72Rmm Sauer

    2 could be 8mm x 57R mm JS Mauser
