    455 WEBLEY MK-II 262gr Fiocchi LEAD-RN in stock USA

This is something USAicon forum members may be interested in.Thought I'd share. Just bought a few boxes of Fiocchi 455 Webley MKII at Graf and Sons. Fairly reasonable at $37.99 a box, 3 or more $36.09. Flat $7.95 shipping fee. Sure beats the $79 to $129 prices on Gunbroker.
Just hope Graf & Sons has several pallets of this stuff in stock.

That's a good deal have not seen it at that price in a long time. Just ordered 3 if not just for the brass alone.

    455 Webley bullets

I was able to recover some 455 bullets that I had fired into a large oak section years ago.
Interesting to note these bullets are hollow based. I used my S&W Model 1915 Type 2 revolverAttachment 89383

The comment about buying this ammo for the brass brought a question up to me. They do make 45 ACP called auto rim with a large rim and 45 long colt could be cut down. I was just wondering if these options have been tried and if they were successful.
In looking at the specs of these cartridges in Cartridges of the World the only one I see that could cause an issue would be the base diameter. The Webley is .471, 45 auto rim .476 and the 45 long is .480. My Webley, which has had the cylinder shaved, has no issue with the 45 auto rims.

    Have a Merry Christmas,

    cheers

They ship very, very fast and it's free if you buy three or more. Got mine yesterday.
