Nostalgia item from the past for Canadians and US

I found this in the back of a drawer. Late 60's to early 70's.

    Memories.

I have a .50 ammo can full of Pullthroughs for the FN C1 and brushes....45, .30, .35...AR stuff from the new service rifle back in the '80s. I should take it all to a gunshow if we ever have another.
    Regards, Jim

Speaking of such, how about this odd little scope sold some time not long after WWII by "Scope Sales Co. Ottawa Canadaicon". I'm guessing it might have been a venture by some ex-REL employees??
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.
