Barrel markings

SA barrel, 9-19 date...In addition, there is "W L 7 2", "CR", a sideways "V" and what could be a "6" or "9" or "G"...I don't know barrel codes, but someone in here does. Thanks in advance...S/F...Woodman

WL72 is the heat lot number. The other number and letters re sub-inspector stamps.
