I think their prices went up.

Are these for WWII pistols or any pistol up to the retirement from service. If the latter, these seem pretty high.

They are graded. when your number pops, they call and ask you what you want out of what's left. I got a field grade in round 2 as that was left was field and rack. the only difference between field and service grades was the finish was 80%+ instead of 95%+. Mine has 6, maybe 7, arsenal refurbish stamps, 1941 Ithaca frame and similar war-time production Rem. Rand slide. Brand new 1983, never fired, barrel. I doubt there are any ww2 "correct" or "collector grades". they proudly wear their service history. I love mine as is. worth every penny.
